Drake Music
Drake Music removes disabling barriers to music through innovative approaches to teaching, learning and making music.
Our focus is nurturing musical and creative ability through exploring music and technology in imaginative ways. We enable access to music making and connect disabled and non-disabled musicians locally, nationally and internationally.

“My experience of Drake Music is of an excitingly bold, passionate and inspiring group of people and associates, who are not content with the ‘basket weaving’ approach to the relationship between music, arts and disability. Drake Music has the desire and creative capacity to develop something extraordinary - and is doing so because the potential consequences for contemporary art and music practice of an inclusive artistic and musical field are too exciting to ignore. By facilitating the creative development of people with a range of abilities and musical experience, Drake Music and its partners are taking part in an important and radical artistic project.” Melanie Clifford, artistic director
