Drake Music is all set to enlighten, challenge and enthuse the crowds at this years MusicLearningLive conference in Manchester on February 25th. The event, held at the Royal College of Music, brings together many of the key movers and shakers in the UK Music community – educators, performers and researchers alike – to discuss the current health of music in this country as well as celebrate its many achievements.

Jonathan Westrup, Drake Music’s Curriculum Development Worker, will be joined by Gemma Nash (Drake Music NW) as well as long-time Drake Music collaborator Mark Rowland. They will be discussing some of the key barriers to disabled/SEN students participating in the National Curriculum and accessing accreditation opportunities, as well as sharing their personal experiences. It will also be a chance for Drake Music to showcase it’s new ‘Introduction to Music’ course which is in the final stages of its pilot stage.
